- Participates and implements the marketing & sales strategy and plan, oriented towards achieving short, medium and long term business targets;
- Analyzes competitors, potential customers and identify developmental opportunities;
- Represents the company and maintains a high level of contact with the key clients;
- Manages and coordinates the sales network within the territory and Bucharest;
- Checks and reports the results of the department;
- Identifies new cooperation opportunities;
- Identifies and maintains cooperation relations with relevant bodies and associations, including official institutions;
- Manages the company's participation in seminars, conferences, fairs and exhibitions or any other such events;
- Provides training and assists in the professional development the subordinates within the department;
- Economic education
- At least 1 year management experience
- Significant experience in sales field
- Advanced English
- Good PC knowledge
- Knowledge of the specialized press
- Complex project management
