- Analysis and evaluation of the project,
- Collaboration in obtaining construction authorisations and permits,
- Selection of constructing companies to agree on the building contract,
- Assistance for the Project Manager in any technical aspect of the residential development.
- Engineer or Architect Diploma,
- Professional experience in the construction of residential building projects (at least 3 years),
- English proficiency (understanding, speech and writing),
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- PC knowledge - MS Office, Primavera, Microsoft Project.
