Deputy Project Manager

¿ University degree in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and administration of FIDIC or similar Contracts;
¿ At least 10 years experience in technical assistance coordination / construction supervision / design;
¿ Thorough knowledge and experience in preparing and supervising FIDIC and IFI projects;
¿ Previous experience in organizing the supervision of building works contracts including arranging taking over inspection and producing all necessary certification;
¿ Experience in dealing with Romanian Authorities at the design and construction phase including those involved in the tendering / contracting / implementing of EC projects;
¿ Demonstrated successful experience in the management of the phase determinant procedures ;
¿ Previous experience in preparing IPCs and final account procedures;
¿ Strong skills in managing a team composed of international / local experts;
¿ Very good command of English language is a must;
¿ PC skills: MS Word, Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet browsing.
¿ Excellent organizational and communications skills;
¿ Pro- active, self starter, critical thinker.
