Working closely with the Production Manager for the organization and coordination of production processes;
Performing statistical analysis to evaluate performance and support production optimization, in terms of productivity, quality and costs;
Monitoring the effective use of resources, e.g. raw materials, equipment and staff;
Attending production meetings and forecasting production requirements;
Communicating to Team Leaders, Management and Engineers group;
Issuing corrective and preventive actions for line performance.
Technical University degree;
Minimum 3 years experience in production environment;
Ability to control line equipment and processes to allow achievement and control of quality metrics;
Problem solving and resolution of line control issues;
Communication and reporting skills - ability to transmit required message and information in both directions.
