-Manage structure and development of sales
-Structure and support of new or key customers for aluminum and steel profiles
-Deal with marketing activities related to products
-Promote the image of the company in order to increase the sales amount
-Participate at meetings with the general manager(in the country and abroad)
-Learn the existing products
-university degree
-commercial background/sales experience (construction area is an advantage)
-experience in handling customers and guidance of team
-flexibility, loyalty
-very good communication skills
-fluent in English or German
The person should be willing to learn the existing processes, in order to become General Manager of the company in maximum 3 years.
