Provides overall compensation and benefits support to company employees and attend queries.
Maintain healthy liaison between HR and other internal departments for data interchange.

Monitor day to day Book keeping and facilitate Audit finalization.
Maintain a clear and transparent communication system with corporate office at India.
Expert Contabil accredited by C.E.C.C.A.R. with more than 3 years experience in finalization of accounts.
Must be able to handle stressful and tedious tasks or projects. Very good in MS Excel and good knowledge in SAP.
Must have knowledge of theories, concepts, and practices of accounting and with superior ability to apply this knowledge to a variety of assignments.
Experienced in General Accounting and Payroll Accounting.
Well versed with Romanian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
Excellent Communication skills.
Must be knowledgeable in compensation and benefits administration, including generating reports for various Statutory Contributions and Salary Tax.
Must be well versed with rules for VAT applicability, payment, refund and adjustments.
Must be familiar with Vendor payment and deduction of Tax thereon procedure.
Must be well versed with compensation statutes and government filing procedures.
Keep oneself and ensures one¿¿¿s team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured and the guide the team to maintain secrecy.
