The nominee will assist the Manager of Human Resources Division in designing, setting-up, optimization and implementation of HR related policies and strategies integrated in the bank’s development plan. She/ he would be also expected to contribute effectively to organization, coordination and evaluation of the HR professional team and specific activities: staff employment, administration, evaluation and development, recruitment and selection, training, compensation & benefits, internal communication, organizational development, HR budgeting etc., working closely with Heads of Departments, meeting tight deadlines and sorting conflicting priorities whenever necessary.
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Social Sciences or Communication; Master level studies or other postgraduate degrees related to Human Resources activity would be appreciated;
- Relevant senior experience in the human resources areas – personnel administration, recruitment and selection, training, compensation & benefits etc. - and constant exposure to multinational business environments are mandatory requirements;
- Very good knowledge of labor law, procedures and regulations;
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- People-oriented person, with highly-developed communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- Leadership, organization and time-management skills, ability to interact professionally and efficiently with people in various areas;
- It is a must for the nominee to be reliable, highly committed and accurate person, solving the issues tactfully and efficiently.
