- Will supervise division by respecting legal and company requirements and guidelines
- MUST HAVE excellent knowledge of budgeting and controlling.
- MUST HAVE audit (preferable in Big Five) and banking experience
- MUST BE highly analytical skilled, innovative to solve problems immediately in the interest of the bank, and able to discuss issues with BNR and Auditors.
- Will report directly to the Vice-president
- Strong personality with excellent negotiation skills
- University degree, ideally in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- MBA is a plus
- Critical understanding of the entire business
- Ability to manage time wisely & meet strict deadlines
- Good written/spoken English
- Entrepreneurship minded and pro-active
- Influencing & persuasion skills
- Able to stand up for and take tough decisions
- Excellent leadership, management & decision making skills
- Diplomacy, tact, positive, team player
