-Works under the direct supervision of the Division-Works under the direct supervision of the Division¿s Director and assists him in all the areas of responsibility;
- Ensures that the highest standards for the services delivered by the Division are respected;
- Works with subordinate department heads to schedule, supervise and direct the work of all employees
- Responsible for the attainment of short-term and long-term financial and operational goals;
- Establishes and approves workloads, work methods and performance standards
- Prepares reports and other support material for committees and Board use;
- Negotiates and recommends Board approval for contracts;
-Bachelor¿s Degree in Engineering or Economic Sciences
-Possess extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
-Excellent communicator ( verbal and written), exceptional people skills, effective analytical and organization skills;
-Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing environment;
-Results- oriented executive with excellent follow-through and impeccable ethics;
-Fluent in English
-MS Office knowledge
