- Responsible for coordination and controlling of architects and special planners in large projects
- Responsible for creating and implementation of processes for professional Project Management
- Responsible for coordination of tender processes
- Responsible for coordination of internal project teams and project teams of consultants
- Responsible for supervision and controlling of working firms and activities
- Controlling of project documentation
- Responsible for know-how transfer
- Responsible for grouping the employees accordingly business needs and competences
- Responsible for inspection and acceptance reporting of large projects
- Defining and controlling construction and endowment budgets, standards and qualities
- Responsible for coordination and leading of large construction, rehabilitation and development projects
-University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Strong project development and construction background; 5 years experience
- Knowledge of the Romanian real estate and construction market
- Good knowledge of European construction law, building and security regulations
- Good data handling skills (MS-Project, CAD)
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Strong assertiveness towards external and internal parties
- Fluent in English
- Excellent team coordination, communication and leadership skills.
