You will be working from home. Position can be full time or part time depending on preferences. Working hours: 11:00 to 19:30 or 14:00 to 19:30
This is the perfect position for a student that has classes in the morning or a stay-home mom/dad.
Job responsibilities:
- review daily payments from clients and send out notifications to clients that are late
- call clients that owe the company money for past projects and convince them to pay
- very polite yet firm attitude
Clients are in Western Europe and US/Canada
1. EXCELLENT ENGLISH IS A MUST (please do not apply if you don't fill this requirement, you will not have time to learn it before starting).
2. Some experience in dept collection or sales (minimum 6 months)
3. Good internet connection as calls are made on VoIP
