Job Scope :
- Realizes the forecast, the stocks deployment and control for the regional warehouses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Forecasts together with sales for regional warehouses.
- Calculate and optimize deployment from central warehouse or quarantine to regional warehouses.
- Maintains the deployment calculation methods and strategies.
- Runs & optimizes the deployment process.
- Manages shortage (including alerts), and excess of stocks according to stock policy.
- Initiates promotions when needed
- Draws up reports for freshness of goods in the regional warehouses.
- Controls the circulation of the goods between quarantine - central warehouse - regional warehouses
Education :
- University degree
Working Experience :
- Min. 3 years in similar position ( planning , forecast )
- Experience within a multinational company is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of forecast and planning
- Very good ability to analyze numerical data and draw up reports and statements
- Planning & organizing skills
PC skills:
- Excel, Word, Access, SAP (would be a plus), E-mail
Languages:
- English - Good level
