Functional and administrative leading of a team of System Operation, Oracle Data Base and SAP Administration.
Responsible for individual development of team, follow-ups, motivation, integration of new comers, annual appraisals, etc
Hiring of new employees in agreement with the needs of MSYS Germany
Managing of budget for corresponding services, cost control, forecasts
Responsible for skill development of team
Coordinate priorities and tasks
Manage projects in different areas and focus on time/budget/quality
Coordination of tasks/workload/quality of deliverables with responsible department managers within MSYS Germany
Coordination of technical requirements for the team in cooperation with MSYS Germany (Travelling from time to time)
Management of escalations within projects and support areas
Skills:
Experienced leadership skills
Ability to work with different teams of system and data base administrators
Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
Customer orientation in daily support activities
Very good communication skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, to commute on tasks, to work under stress.
Self-motivation for achieving professional results
Knowledge:
Experienced leadership skills , at least 2 years of leadership is required
Relevant experience in system administration, database and/or SAP administration
Experience in system architecture design
Fluency in English
