RESPONSABILITATI

-Provide dependable and timely resolutions to customer inquiries and issues;
- Address customer production issues and defect resolution on a configuration level;
- Assist in the resolution of escalated issues;
- Advocate customer issues by working in conjunction with R&D;
- Professional Services on implementations to represent customer interests.


CERINTE

- 2+ years experience in the enterprise software business, solid Java Web technologies experience under Windows and UNIX/Linux utilizing problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL Server and an understanding of software implementations using Application Server technologies
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills;
- Knowledge of demand planning and or supply chain management (SCM) is a plus;
- Analytical / statistical background is an advantage;
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams to help enhance future product/service solutions, documentation, testing and training requirements.
