-Manage Demand Planning together with Sales and Marketing departments; represents Supply Chain at monthly Sales & Marketing meeting;
-Check the accuracy of planning figures (Actual Sales, Actual Stocks, Actual Dispatches);
-Manage Supply Planning with producing countries, in order to maintain stock levels between agreed boundaries;
-Organise transport of imported goods from Producing countries to Central Distribution Center in Timisoara;
-Follow all ageing stocks in order to anticipate any issue, and find alternative solutions, in order to avoid write-offs for finished products.
-Coordinate all projects resulting in new product development, new packaging developments, especially by maintaining close contacts with Producers, in order to respect agreed timetables; together with Marketing and Sales;
-Participate to international meetings held by product category;
-University degree in scientific / economic area;
-Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in supply chain-related activities;
-Computer skills : Microsoft Office, Access; SAP knowledge would be a real plus;
-Results oriented, analytical mind;
-Planning & organisation skills;
-Excellent communication skills;
-English proficiency;
-Team spirit, Initiative & Follow-up;
