RESPONSABILITATI

Supports the efficient operations of Oracle University EMEA through data entry, customer care functions and other back office support activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Act as primary backoffice support for one or more OU countries
-Manage the Scheduling and Manual Ordering process for country events
-Direct contact with Scheduling Analysts and county contacts to address Scheduling or Manual Order entry issues
-Monitor and maintain email and web queues
-Run, analyse and distribute various reports to the business
-Place orders for supplies based on upcoming business
-Additional projects, as needed
-Operate in line with Oracle policies and procedures


CERINTE

-Computer literate – Windows, MS Office, email and Internet
-Experience using online applications for administrative/operational processes
-Strong communication skills in English - both written and spoken. Other European languages an advantage
-Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise
-High degree of data accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through
-Able to understand business process flows
-Demonstrate professional attitude, personal drive and sense of ownership.
-Able to work cooperatively with others in the same organisation and in virtual teams
-Occasional work required evenings, weekends and/or holidays, particularly around quarter end.
