RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for delivering a high customer service level through successful management of Oracle University’s Delivery Operations Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage day-to-day operations of Delivery Operations Team in support of multiple EMEA countries. Delivery Operations Team responsibilites would be for EMEA Training Schedule and Courseware Ordering.
- Understand all the details of the Scheduling and Manual Ordering process to enable you to support yout team and assist with daily tasks at peak times
- Hire, train and manage Operational Team members as and when required.
-Liaison with contacts in OU operating countries to ensure the smooth flow of business
-Set employee objectives, build and sustain employee performance and team culture
-Provide routine performance reports to management
-Operate in line with Oracle and OU policies and procedures


CERINTE

-Superior management and strong leadership skills with proven experience in multi-lingual environment
-Experience of large corporate operations experience and business processes
-Customer care orientation
-Understand and oversee Oracle University’s processes and policies
-Demonstrate professional attitude, personal drive and sense of ownership.
-Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages an advantage.
-Ability to travel internationally, as needed.
