For our client, the global leader in credit insurance present in 49 countries, with a 36% share of the world credit insurance market, we are searching a dynamic and ambitious person for the opening:
Debt Collection and Claims Manager
Role:
-Collection of debts from domestic and foreign debtors including negotiating and
concluding payment settlements with the debtors and acting in an advisory capacity on
debt collection issues:
-Advises in-company and external customers
-Procures and evaluates information
-Negotiates payment settlements and fixes them in an agreement
-Monitors the progress of legal actions
-Works out measures to reduce the loss
-Carries out recovery of debts after indemnification
-Processing of insurance claims and acting in an advisory capacity in claims issues:
-Negotiates payment settlements out of court and fixes them in an agreement
-Checks compliance with the requirements for indemnification and decides on the amount
to be indemnified
-Monitors and processes any receipt of payments after claims notification
University degree
Relevant experience in a similar position (2-3 years minimum)
Flexible, with good negotiating skills, not easily side-tracked
Able to integrate well into a team, have a quick grasp of new facts
Strong customer focus
Very good command of English both spoken and written
Knowledge and experience of national and international insolvency and payment en-forcement law
Analytical approach, confident personality
