Analisys of the current network and set up a strategy for filling open points
Manage the development of dealers' business plans
Execution of consumer surveys and other research programs
Coordinate training programs for local implementations
Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels
Measure Dealership standards and performance
Maintenance of Dealer contracts with the company
Roll out and manage composite accounts reporting systems
University degree - preferably in Business Management/Economics
Experience - minimum 3 years in the automotive field
Experience in managing a dealers' network in the automotive industry
English - advanced level (written and oral)
Knowledge of Bulgarian (or another Central and Eastern Europe language)
Good communication and presenting skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
