- Enroll and lead our partners and partner’s sales teams toward our consumer market vision and strategic objectives through constantly promoting our business values and opportunities;
- Develop together with the partners sales teams Consumer Business Plan that sustain our business objectives;
- Build and manage effective business relationships and communication flow with the Indirect Sales Partners Network' sales force in order to better communicate product features / changes / benefits / promotions;
- Ensure a better distribution by solving distributors' requests;
- Collect feedback and use it in order to improve distribution activities;
- Promote and extend the distribution channel in the assigned area;
- Investigate constantly the local product availability and competitive presence by managing and supervising the number of credit brokers, local commercial and financial behaviors and take action in order to ensure competitive presence in the local markets;
- Counsel/assist the dealer on effective business, process and people management;
- Development and maintenance of the specific Indirect Sales channel for the entire country;
- To coordinate the sales campaigns;
- To track the sales network activity;
- To collaborate with the sales support team;
- To identify new retailers and dealers;
- To identify new sales channels.
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years in working with dealers or major accounts, preferable 1 – 2 years experience in sales distribution (FMCG, services);
- Knowledge of banking services and products, at least 1 year proven work
experience in banking industry as a Relationship Manager;
- Well developed communication and negotiation skills with people at most
levels;
- Fluent in English;
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mailers.
