Business environment
As an integral part of Technology Solutions Group Customer Operations, Engagement Customer Operations is responsible for engagement financial information, administrative services and analysis for customer projects at the engagement and account level within HP Services. Global Deals represent worldwide IT outsourcing projects between HP and strategic customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

Through understanding of the HP project business provide financial and administrative support to HP Managed Services management, Project Managers and other customers as requested. Serve as a focal point within the organization to track the details of these projects, following HP policies and processes. The Project Controller is responsible for order booking, project tracking, month end closing, management and financial reporting.

-Month end process (revenue recognition and cost accounting, voucher posting, checking of data quality)
- Account reconciliation
- Maintaining and tracking project financials (mainly in COMPASS) in cooperation with country Project Managers, Admin Front office, financial analysts, deal specialists
- Sales order booking
- 3rd party purchasing process
- Invoicing
- Financial reports analysis
- Forecasting, reporting – data preparation
- Participation in project status meetings (teleconferences)
- Check and validate labor entries that have been posted to the project
- Work together with collection to make sure there are no payment issues with the customer
- Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies


CERINTE

Minimum requirements:
- A young graduate (accounting or finance or economical background)
- Total professional experience of at least 1 year
- Customer oriented with demonstrated written and spoken English skills
- Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
- A computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
- Fast learner, very well organized person, able to meet strict deadlines.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- A person interested in back office work

Desirable requirements:
- Experience in SAP — could represent an asset
- Good written and oral skills in a second language: French, Italian, German or Spanish
