RESPONSABILITATI

- Focal client contact for payments and invoicing
- Generate invoices and follow up with the payments (Reduce DSO)
- Help the technical staff in getting the clients approval for the service tickets
- Generate monthly reports using OFS reporter to be sent to the DCS staff
- Help in organizing general functions, marketing events and making technical brochures
- Travel arrangements for the DCS staff and visitors
- Tracking vacation and travel days of the DCS staff
- Issue purchase orders


CERINTE

- To succeed in your assignments you will have to have economical background, experience in a similar position, good communication skills, systematic way of working and ability to analyze information, advanced English language knowledge and very good PC skills in Word and Excel.The more languages you speak, the higher point you get (Russian will be a great bonus).
