- Installation and configuration of Informatica and maintaining Extraction
- Transformation and Load process for production environments.
- Assist the data architects in modeling data for production Data Warehouse and staging data stores.
- Perform Quality Assurance, unit and system testing as well as complete documentation of deliverables.
- Insure data quality through creation of proactive monitoring and data cleansing techniques.
- Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies.
- Execute support and maintenance of the data warehouse/data marts and associated systems.
- Define functional specifications, interfaces, and data models, using preferred best practice techniques (such as 3rd normal form).
- Synergizing of Business Requirements with source system analysis to arrive at optimal design.
- Insure completeness and timeliness of deliverables.
- Scope, plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- 3+ years experience with general data warehousing principles such as BI, Reporting, ETL or Data Architect.
- 2+ years dedicated ETL development using Informatica.
- Experience using Oracle database.
- Experience designing, documenting ETL and tuning.
- Experience in understanding business requirements and conducting source system analysis to arrive at optimal designs.
- Solid communication, documentation, and project/task management skills. - Able to trouble shoot and create customized jobs.
- Experience with data cleansing and data quality.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of database design principals.
- Experience with using Business Objects Intelligence tools and installation of Business Objects (preferred).
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- Fluency in English
