We are looking for an Excel / Databases Specialist within the Outsourcing Services EMEA (Europe / Middle East / Africa) Services Billing Platform Team.
The Service Billing Platform is engaged with the development and ongoing work related to complex invoice calculations for consumption based billing in EMEA led Outsourcing Deals.
Best candidates will have a very strong knowledge and/or interest in Excel and in Databases setup and structures and also experience from financial processes for invoice calculations and sign-off.
Responsibilities:
-Invoicing coordination role
-Introducing innovative solutions to invoicing
-Gathering global data on a monthly basis and through the use of Excel or other packages producing country invoicing instructions and reports for internal and external use in a timely and accurate manner
-Work with internal and external customers to resolve invoicing queries
-Excellent Excel and Databases ( Access or SQL or Visual Basic) knowledge
-Financial knowledge and international business exposure
-Initiative and independence
-Customer focus
-Curious, structured and logical approach to problem solving
-Willingness to travel
-Good team player
-Fluency in English
