Our client is specialized in offering consultancy, software development and system integration for mobile telecom industry (Europe, Asia and Middle East).
Main functions and duties:
¿¿¿ Prepare or review SQL and PL/SQL scripts for product installations and migrations.
¿¿¿ Support system architects in database schema design.
¿¿¿ Prepare or review physical database designs.
¿¿¿ Act as expert Oracle consultant to our system designers and developers on database issues.
¿¿¿ Maintain database schema documentation for our development projects
¿¿¿ Support the clients with database design, tuning, configuration, and administration issues
¿¿¿ Support network administrator with database administration of internal IT systems (currently: time reporting & absences systems, bug tracking, document repository)
¿¿¿ Constantly improve professional skills relevant to the company business.
Advantage
Knowledge of mobile telecoms, Application Servers, Web,
other database systems.
1. A good university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years full-time working experience in an IT company after completing your degree
3. Expert knowledge of Oracle RDBMS
4. Experience in SQL, PL/SQL and Unix.
5. Experience with high performance and high availability systems
6. Experience with systematic software development methodologies.
7. Excellent written and spoken English.
8. Highly motivated and with ability to work in small teams.
9. Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
10. Customer contact.
