RESPONSABILITATI

Developing new reports, software routines and application to adapt existing software packages to the company’s business goals. Maintain and develop web pages for the company Internet and Intranet pages. Ensuring technical support for the software application and related databases. Active involvement in IT related projects and in providing basic support the existing applications infrastructure.

Provide service and basic support for:
Microsoft Server 2003/2000, SQL Server 2000, ISA Server 2000, Exchange Server 2003, Share Point Access Server 2003, etc.
Oversee the development, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Share Portal Server
Application servers: Medtrak server and SCALA server on the platform provided by Microsoft Server 2003/2000, SQL Server 2000, and Cache Server
Provide short IT courses for employees.

Reports Development and Documentation
Design new reports and develop the existing ones
Oversee the administration and maintenance of existing database
Administrates Medtrak Server, Cache Server and Scala and ServerSQL Server 2000, Share Point Access Server 2003

Web pages Development and Maintenance:
Work together with the Marketing Department to daily maintain Internet web pages
Maintain and update internal web pages and develops new sections and user web applications

Responsibilities:
Offers IT related support for all department;
Develops new reports, web pages and software application and routines; managing data present in all databases
Develops on specific reports using databases queries;
Develops training materials and documentation software applications
Keeps abreast of computing technology
Ensures and complies with the safe, security and confidentiality of information


CERINTE

Knowledge of support, for MedTrak and SCALA - ERPs software implementation, PHP. HTML, Visual Basic, Simple Query Language, Microsoft Access, IT infrastructure, administering databases

Skills and abilities:
Programming in PHP.HTML, Visual Basic and SQL;
Accurate in English (speaking, writing and reading);
Computer skills

Education and training
Informatics degree; Diplomas in ERP software is a plus

At least two years experience in developing software application and support for CRM/ERP.
