- Performs all the IT related tasks on the Billing System on regular basis;
- Performs and regularly verifies procedures of the IT projects;
- Supports the Billing System users and remote users;
- Regularly monitors biling related processes
- University degree - Computer Science/Cybernetics or related field
- 2 years working experience using major SQL engines (Oracle, Sybase)
- Advansed knowledge of UNIX platform;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, Windows NT/2000;
- Good command of English
- Good analytical capabilities; abilities to focus on details
- Able to work on shifts
