RESPONSABILITATI

• Provides technical support over the phone for Zapp data users with various software/hardware/connectivity issues;
• Deals with customer complaints, troubleshoots and provides recommended solutions to clients problems in due time and in a professional manner;
• Communicates customer feedback regarding product usability to the involved departments;
• Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company services, prices, invoices, technical and other relevant information in order to be able to professionally handle customer inquiries;
• Follows up on issues not solve directly during the call;
• Follows and applies Company's internal rules and Department's procedures.


CERINTE

• High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
• High energy and positive attitude;
• Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
• Able to work in shifts;
• Knowledge of Windows, dial-up connectivity, browsers, email client, PC configuration and troubleshooting;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Fluency in English.
