Job role
Classification and indexing of electronic documents in CRM systems. Works in shifts (2 shift concept) in site and works with PC systems (Personal Computer)

Responsibilities:
• Information processing and data acquisition PC
• Data collection in CRM systems (indexing and validation)
• Mapping of document types and types of Inbox
• Notification of fault and error states of systems and processes
• Participation in the documentation of all work processes, including all deviations (alternative processes and the like)
• Participation in the preparation / revision of work instructions, process descriptions and similar documents


CERINTE

Knowledge in the use and handling of PC systems running the operating system Windows
• Good knowledge of standard software such as MS Office products
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the input data to PC systems / Typing
• Medium in written and spoken German
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach, combined with a high quality awareness
• Good and quick perception of quality-related issues and processes • Good degree of personal responsibility and self-motivation
• Correct behavior and appearance
• Team ability and willingness to work in shifts (incl. Saturday)
• Open and constructive communication style and good time management (punctuality)
• Training readiness
