RESPONSABILITATI

Implementation of the classification and indexing of electronic documents in CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Information processing and data acquisition PC
• Data collection in CRM systems (indexing and validation)
• Mapping of document types and types of Inbox
• Notification of fault and error states of systems and processes
• Participation in the documentation of all work processes, including all deviations (alternative processes and the like)
• Participation in the preparation / revision of work instructions, process descriptions and similar documents

Educational qualifications:
• Knowledge in the use and handling of PC systems running the operating system Windows
• Good knowledge of standard software such as MS Office products
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the input data to PC systems / Typing
• Advanced level of English AND German
