Reporting to IT Manager successful candidate will provide support for all Delamode applications assigned to him/her and will maintain the applications acceptance documentation, which includes: Operator’s Manual, backup and restore procedures, support information and application specific documentation
More specifically he/she will:
- Gather users requirements, analyze, design the solution and implement the changes in the system
- Creating and implementing SQL back up and recovery strategy
- SQL tuning for applications development
- Develop technical documents for support processes
- Investigate conflicts caused by new applications, hardware changes, configuration changes
- Ensures client/user technical support
- Design, build and deploy software solutions, ensuring business requirements are meet
- University degree preferably informatics or polytechnic
- 3-4 years experience in MSSQL database programming and administering
- Crystal Reports
- Experience on Custom Made Applications Development
- Good understanding of relational database concepts
- Experience in designing data models, maintaining database security, database tuning, replication
- Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems
- Advanced English
