- Utilizing specialized computer applications for monitoring large numbers of devices, tracking and isolating errors and/or malfunctions and liaising with the relevant subcontractors and other entities to pursue and ensure prompt resolution.
- Accessing electronic databases utilizing specialized computer programs, reconciling different data flows, detecting and filtering out differences, generating reports and data files and interacting with clients on a daily basis.
- Accessing AS/400 databases via specialized applications, utilizing research programs and menus, isolating relevant information and providing resolutions of disputed ATM/POS transactions.
- Utilizing specialized computer applications for monitoring large numbers of devices, tracking and isolating errors and/or malfunctions and liaising with the relevant subcontractors and other entities to pursue and ensure prompt resolution.
- Liaising with and managing of multiple subcontractors, ensuring that strict contractual timelines and service levels are observed, overseeing the execution by different entities of simultaneous and interdependent tasks.
- University Degree
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 2 years acquired experience is a plus
- good Microsoft Office skills
- Fast learning and highly motivated individuals, prepared to work in a challenging, dynamic environment
