- Improve the date warehouse functionalities by sending to the vendors potential application malfunctions to be solved , in order to ensure the agreed service level and the best usage of the DW data, the incumbent provide support and consultancy to internal customers (marketing, sales, etc.);
- Keep close contract with Engineering and IT to see all implications of the changes performed into the company's network that might appear into the DW by participating various projects;
- Ensure the integrity of the data that are entering into de date warehouse by day-to-day administration and monitoring of the DW systems and by solving in a timely manner the systems incidents;
- Ensure best protection of the data by establishing and performing procedures for system security, back-up, restore management and system tuning performance;
- Ensure optimization of the team processes by the knowledge transfer about the DW towards the team members.
- University Graduate;
- 2-3 years previous experience on a similar job will be considered an advantage;
- Strong Data Warehouse and Project Management knowledge;
- Familiar with most important operational applications used in telecom industry (billing systems, operational CRM) at the data model level;
- Very good knowledge of Data Modeling techniques;
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Romanian);
- Strong knowledge and understanding of telecom business;
- Strong customer focus;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency with software tools such as Visio, MS Project, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, ETL tools;
- Should know at the very detail level the EDW design concepts and the EDW architecture at the data model level
