The Company combines process expertise, information technology and analytical capabilities with operational insight and experience in diverse industries to provide a wide range of services using its global delivery platform. Their site in Cluj, Romania, offers exciting career development opportunities for multilingual Financial Specialists.
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in projects and support controllership of General Accounting , Closing and Reporting area.

An ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:
¿¿¿ 2-8 years general accounting/General Ledger experience
¿¿¿CA/CPA/MBA Finance/ Accounting and Account qualifications
¿¿¿Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS or other international GAAP
¿¿¿ Excellent Analytical skills essential
¿¿¿Multitasking and project management skills
¿¿¿strong leadership skills
¿¿¿Fluency in Czech and English
Responsibilities
¿¿¿ General Ledger account maintenance
¿¿¿ Reporting and closing
¿¿¿ Journal maintenance according to agreed policies
¿¿¿ Balance Sheet reconciliation
¿¿¿ Proactive approach in identifying, escalating and resolving problems in a timely manner
