¿ Take responsibility for commercial vehicle lubricants (CVL) business in Romania (South and East region, Bucharest included )
¿ Keep and develop relationships with key accounts: car importers/dealers, mass merchandisers, petrol station networks, major workshops
¿ Implement ExxonMobil market strategy via distributors.
¿ Support and coordinate distributors¿ activities in CVL segment
¿ Implement marketing and support programs
¿ Deliver on job trainings for distributors¿ sales representatives
¿ University/ college degree
¿ Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive business
¿ Excellent communication and leading skills
¿ High motivation for independent work and availability to travel
¿ Initiative and creative thinking
¿ Open minded, flexible and self motivated person
¿ Good English knowledge
¿ Bulgarian or Russian language knowledge would be a plus
¿ Good PC knowledge
¿ Clean driving license
