- Fluency in Spanish and good knowledge of English language

- Excellent communication skills and a client oriented attitude

- Computer skills and high speed typewriting

- Previous call center experience is considered a plus

- Good customer care knowledge of a technical project.

- Good Excel skills

- Experience with antivirus programs is considered a plus

- Can easily learn new software products
