You will be gradually involved in multiple projects according to your availability and project complexity.
Some of your projects will include:
- Offering technical support by phone for those customers that are using high speed internet solutions;
- Offering support, by phone and e-mail, for those customers that are using sports watches for outdoor activities;
We will provide you with full paid training in order to become the best Customer Support Specialist for our client.
You will have the chance to work in a professional work environment with young and dynamic people. You will be rewarded according to your performance and involvement. You can work either part time or full time on 24/7 shifts.
