RESPONSABILITATI

Communicating any service delivery issues, deviations or potential delays in achieving KPIs;
Managing all customer service issues in a proactive & timely manner, including service delivery, service level, service performance;
Ensuring VOC (Voice of Customer) scores are met or exceeded in their area of competency;
Actively supporting the team members to meet their deadlines and team target;
Attending all meetings & trainings as per Team requirements.


CERINTE

Fluent in English and German language;
Experience in a BPO/SSC environment would be an asset;
Exposure to multilingual, multinational company;
Team-player;
Very good communication skills;
Ability to work under deadlines and stress.
