RESPONSABILITATI

Your job is to provide 1st level help-desk support in Turkish for different segments in the pharmaceutical logistics services.


CERINTE

- Excellent Turkish as well as good English verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Good knowledge of Internet Explorer (navigation, downloading, configuring, using shortcut keys).
- Works in accordance with procedures for fault management and ticketing systems.
- Hardware and OS knowledge (Windows NT, 98, 2000, XP).
- Excellent communication skills
- General interest in IT field
- Eager to learn
