RESPONSABILITATI

– Responsible for handling general and technical inquiries on all Netop products dealing mainly with German customers, but not only.
- Take incoming customer requests (via telephone, email, web, chat or forum), log request.
- Details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer.
– Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
– Escalate potential service product issues to appropriate level.
– Work transversal with both development and sales teams to insure best in class service to our customers.


CERINTE

- An University degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics, IT Economics or equivalent fields.
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in both English and German.
- Minimum 3 years of technical support (Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows/Linux operating systems. Additionally proficient in web based applications and have experience with multiple browsers, i.e. Firefox, Chrome, safari etc.), experience in Apple Mac OS is a plus.
- At least 2 years experience in customer facing, high level engagement process and cross team cooperation ability.
- Advanced user knowledge of IT environment.
- Basic Network knowledge – CCNA module one or similar is a plus.
- A customer oriented and patient person who is always paying attention to details.
- Ability to implement and manage changes in processes.
- Active listening and identification of sales potential.
- A good team player.
- A resourceful, autonomous and self-motivated person which is able to work well under pressure.
