CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS (GERMAN LANGUAGE)
In this position you will be responsible for:
Active communication with the customers via phone / e-mail ( incoming calls only)
Providing information to customers according to their needs
Responsible for the entire reservation process
Work with internal database
Data maintenance
Advising clients on further opportunities regarding they order
Solving clients queries in case necessary
Collaboration with other departments and colleagues
Reporting
The ideal candidate should be meeting the following requirements:
Fluent in English and German language
Previous experience in services is welcome
Team-player
Very good communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and stress
Attentive to detail
