CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS (GERMAN LANGUAGE)
In this position you will be responsible for:
* Active communication with the customers via phone / e-mail ( incoming calls only)
* Providing information to customers according to their needs
* Responsible for the entire reservation process
* Work with internal database
* Data maintenance
* Advising clients on further opportunities regarding they order
* Solving clients queries in case necessary
* Collaboration with other departments and colleagues
* Reporting
The ideal candidate should be meeting the following requirements:
* Fluent in English and German language
* Previous experience in services is welcome
