RESPONSABILITATI

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing all incoming phone calls, faxes, emails, and web requests and associated documentation within Siebel.
• Creation, management, and dispatch of all Technical Assistance Center, Service, and Order Service Requests via Siebel and SAP.
• Creation of activities for service, preventative maintenance, technical assistance requests.
• Process customer orders and quotes.
• Change customer orders within Siebel or SAP.
• Drive high customer satisfaction and quality with the ability to resolve customer inquiries on the first call.
• Proactive communication and standardized follow up for customer inquiries.
• Service Request Management creation, maintenance, dispatch, quality, and closure.
• Timely execution of assigning, dispatch, and closure of Service Requests, Orders, and Quotes.
• Drives workload resolution through Siebel queue management and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with the field, marketing, and sales to identify opportunities for improvement.

This is a role for candidates who speak German and English at advanced level and are willing to grow in a dynamic and multicultural work environment. Previous work experience could be an advantage but it is not mandatory. CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS:
-University degree /master degree
-German advanced
-English advanced
-High attention to detail including accurate recording and management of data
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Microsoft Office experience
-Previous work experience in a customer focus environment is an advantage.
-Knowledge of SAP or similar could be an advantage.
