RESPONSABILITATI

The position includes responsibilities such as:

- Provide daily operational support related to orders deliveries and claims via telephone, chat and e-mail to a set of Kompo partners and clients;
- Provide information and advice for existing and potential customers related to company products;
- Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to both partners and internal colleagues.


CERINTE

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
- Customer Care orientation;
- Ability to professional conduct a telephone conversation;
- Previous Service Center or Customer Service experience strong advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Strong team player;
- Conflict resolution skills;
- Tolerance for stress;
- Teamwork spirit and initiative;
- Desire to work in a highly competitive environment that requires a high energy level.
