RESPONSABILITATI

- Managing the relationship with companies direct involved in banks¿s cards activity, (mailing company, card delivery company, cards processor etc.) in order to assure a proper operational flow.
- Following up, checking and payment of the invoices issued by third parties (mailing company, courier company, card processor, etc).
- Overtaking customer¿s requests through different channels (branches, e-mail, and other departments), solving them and giving a feedback to the direct supervisor related to customer problems.
- Trainings regarding operational issues held for new employees (tellers, sales representatives, other team members from Plastic Cards Department).
- Preparing weekly reports regarding performed activity.


CERINTE

- University Graduates (IT, Economical background);
- Previous experience is a plus;
- Good command of English;
- Availability for full-time program.
