1. Be responsible for the maintenance service revenue; manage finance profit/loss for professional service business
2. Deliveries of the professional service including technical support, software support, spare part support, customer training service etc.
3. With a dedicated team, solve the problem report for customer under the signed SLA.
4. Be responsible for the Customer satisfaction of the maintenance service;
5. Improve relationship with customer Technical and O&M Dept, grasp the service requirements of the customers;
1. Tele-communication experience more than 6 years
2. 3 year Technical support/ maintenance service experience,
3. More than 2 years management experience at lease
4. Being familiar with maintaining business flow, work group management, performance management, qualification management, project management etc.
5. Being familiar with the problem report and SLA management.
6. Good communicating skills; good organizing, processing and public relation understanding abilities;
