- Supporting users in using the IT applications;
- Recognising and forwarding technical problems to the technical support;
- Receiving, documenting and forwarding user suggestions and requests;


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Experience in customer support service by telephone (call center);
- knowledge of business processes of Public Employment Service;
- General IT understanding;
- MS Office user knowledge;
- English fluent in spoken and written;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to work under pressure
