What skills and qualifications do I need?

-A quick and thorough understanding of customer priorities, and an ability to expand your view beyond the edges of your own desk.
- You are communicative, obliging and have an ability to express yourself very well both verbally and in writing.
- You are flexible and creative; you look for practical solutions and can adjust quickly to different people and situations.
- You are familiar with working on the Internet and in MS Office, good knowledge of data bases and their manner of working is an advantage.
- You should have basic knowledge about the car business and/or a passion to cars in general
- You should however, have an excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- A high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence and readiness for duty.
- Customer Support experience is of advantage.
- Selling skills are a plus.
- Skilled in the procedures of car dealers and vehicle administration programs (dealer management and seller desk software) would be to your advantage
- Enjoys setting up new business areas
- Very good knowledge of Windows XP and MS Office; especially Excel and Outlook
- A high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence and dedication as well as being service-oriented
