Job location: Asentinel Office, Bucharest, Romania.(Crangasi, Podul Ciurel)
The person who qualifies for this job:
-Provides Customer Support and BPO Services to Customers using Telecom Expense Management Asentinel software applications
-Operates Asentinel custom software for balancing/correcting/scanning/importing EDI or paper invoices that failed the automated import process.
-Develops invoice Templates and add new Vendors
-Solves application issues opened by customers, operating a ticketing application
-Communicate with US mother company/clients in English.
-Depending on the skills and experience the candidate could be assigned to Provide Outsources Telecom Management Services to customers using Asentinel software
-High school graduated (profile informatics or economics is an advantage);
-Student or graduated (Telecommunications, Computers Science, Informatics, Economics) being an advantage.
-Proficient in English, ability to communicate (by phone, e-mail) Multi-Language is a plus; Great interpersonal skills
-Candidates must have general computer operation skills: Windows, Internet etc.;
-Proficiency in programs, such as: Excel, Word, Outlook
-Telecom experience would be highly appreciated;
-Reliable and punctual; Problem solving skills; Great handler in stressful situations; Fast learner;Working effectively unsupervised or as part of a team; Self motivated; Attentive to details; Excellent analytical skills; Highly organized.
-The candidate must keep confidentiality about the information they are working with;
-Candidates should agree to be submitted to a background check (Cazier) proving that they have never been convicted of a felony or other serious offense that has not been annulled, expunged, or sealed by a court.
-Candidates should agree to be submitted to a drug test.
-The candidate must send their CV or resumes written in English, pointing out their skills and knowledge.
