RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES, for one of our clients, an international company activating in IT domain.


As Customer Support Representative you will:

- Responsible for handling general and technical questions from customers through e-mail, chat, fax, call;
- Consulting our customers (e.g. concerning their website, billing requests, registrations);
- Collaborating on company projects.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate should have:

- Relevant IT-background/education (network, Open Source for Linux/Sun Solaris applications, databases);
- Minimum 3 years of technical support (various Windows-platforms ranging from Win98-Win2008) but also a bit of Apple Mac knowledge if possible;
- Service minded, have good patience and understanding/ respect for business, users and common priority in case handling;
- General knowledge about IT-infrastructure (Windows Active Directory, Global Policies, software deployment);
- Team player with good positive attitude;
- Be able to follow work-flow processes;
- Basic knowledge about other remote/education tools is preferable;
- Ability to learn new things quickly;
- Good and efficient problem solving-response;
- Professional, assertive, creative, energetic, initiative, spontaneity;
- Active listening abilities;
- Able to work well under deadline and with less supervision;
- Action and self-improvement oriented;
- Must excel in both written and spoken English since all communication with customers and colleagues are done in this language (corporate language).
